Grand Charity Draw
A raffle where your charity or good cause
Retains all the money that you raise through ticket sales.
It’s that simple.
The more tickets you sell the more revenue you raise for your charity.
The Rotary Club of Newport Uskmouth undertake to:-
Obtain all prizes,
Print the raffle tickets,
Organise a prize draw evening
Carry out all the organisation and administration.
Please Note. The Rotary Club will make no profit from this venture; our sole aim is to raise money for good causes within the community of Newport.
There will be a registration and information evening in November 2018 at which time you will need to indicate how many tickets you can sell and to sign a registration form on behalf of your organisation.
You also undertake to collect the tickets from us in February and to return the counterfoils to us in April.
The person that signs the pro forma must clearly identify their Charity / Good Cause and their position within the organisation.
The draw will be made in April and the winners will be notified personally, also a list will be emailed to the participating organisations and placed on this website.
